BICUP: Broker-in-Charge Update -- for BICs only
The Broker-in-Charge Update (BICUP) course is mandatory each license year (July 1 - June 30) for any licensee that IS designated as a Broker-in-Charge (BIC) or Broker-in-Charge Eligible and who wishes to maintain his/her real estate license on active status.
The BICUP course is developed by the N.C Real Estate Commission each year.
