This 4-hour CE elective courses addresses each of the NCAR Residential forms

as revised effective July 1, 2014.

Following a seven year process of research and study, on January 1, 2011

the N.C. Association of REALTORS^® (NCAR) and the N.C. Bar Association (NCBA)

released a Due Diligence "style" Offer to Purchase & Contract (OTP&C) form,

as well as modified numerous addenda and related forms.

The (nearly 200-page) student manual for this course is designed to address, as time permits,

each form that appears in the NCAR Forms Library.
