Remember, June 10th is the deadline for completion of CE.

The NC Real Estate Commission Rules requires each licensee to complete 8-hours of CE each licensing year. 

Brokers who are not BICs must complete the 4-hour General Update (GenUp) course and

any 4-hour NCREC approved elective course they choose.

Brokers-in-Charge (BIC) and those licensees who are classified as Broker-in-Charge Eligible must complete the

4-hour Broker-in-Charge Update (BICUP) course and any 4-hour NCREC approved elective course they choose.

All CE courses must be completed no later than June 10th each year.​
